Gearing Up for Arbitration in the 21st Century

On 2 April 2019, Anastasiya Ugale spoke at the Paris Arbitration Week seminar "Gearing Up for Arbitration in the 21st Century”, organized by Jus Mundi and Jones Day. The seminar covered such topics as blockchain and its future in arbitration, as well as the new digital tools for legal research available to arbitration attorneys.

Anastasiya shared the floor with Sébastien Choukroun, an expert on blockchain and DeFi and Manager of Blockchain Lab at PwC France, and Ileana Smeureanu, Senior Associate at Jones Day.
